About Us

Mission

To see America as the leader in Renewable Clean Energy Production and a Sustainable Green Eco-Friendly Living Environment.

Company Overview

REepedia – Renewable Energy Encyclopedia, formed to provide individuals with a global assortment of resourceful information on Renewable/Clean Energy and Green Eco-Friendly Living Environments.  We supply our visitors with News & Blogs from around the World, New Research & Technology ideas, Renewable Energy Education and Science, and much more.  It is our goal to provide a broad global view of the Industry and Business, as well as the Politics surrounding each so proponents are more informed and ably equipped to overcome and defeat the politics which is keeping a much needed comprehensive Energy Policy change from occurring.

Initial Growth Strategy

Our initial growth strategy revolves around YOU, our visitors.  WE ARE ON THE SAME TEAM.  IF WE WIN YOU WIN TOO!  We hope that you will help us start an aggressive “visitor tell a friend” approach. We wish like to add to this the element of “compounded interest”. For example: 1-person tells 2-people, those TWO tell 2-people each, those FOUR tell 2-each and so on… Doing this strategy 31-TIMES would amount to over 1-BILLION people.  The good news is we have plenty of visitors trafficking our site daily, which will only speed the accumulation process needed in order to WIN the political argument in the U.S., where only a large majority of the approximate 265-million voting population is needed.  ONLY 16% percent of 1-BILLION to produce a 60% mandate in the U.S.  These numbers are all highly achievable if YOU Would tell At Least 2-People. asking them to tell 2-people as well.

Our Philosophy

Currently there are hundreds if not, thousands of websites promoting the various forms of Renewable & Clean Energy and Green Eco-Friendly Living.  REepedia wishes to see every single one of them be a total success to themselves but more importantly, to the establishment of a sound Renewable/Clean Energy Policy.  One problem however, with the current setup is most of these sites rely on their own specific and different business agendas.  We unfortunately feel it is precisely these differing agendas which are part of the cause for the long-time and current stagnation regarding the political advancement. We fully support Solar and Wind, Biofuels and Biomass, Hydro and Geothermal as our future forms of energy production, consumption, and exportation.  We also feel that in order to “bridge the gap” in this enormous transition, there must be a place for Natural Gas and dare we say the need to expand our own drilling for oil in the short-term.  This is the only way to totally remove ourselves from Foreign Oil, and especially from our more immediate dependence to OPEC Oil.  We believe first and foremost in eliminating America’s Foreign Oil Dependence, and immediately eliminating OPEC as our main supplier totally.  We also believe in doing whatever it takes to achieve our Energy/Oil independence and unfortunately, this means utilizing all of our current resources in the near-term.  However, if we have secured our long-term policy arrangements, then our “near-term” may only be 10-15 years. By 2030, the U.S. could be totally removed from OPEC, and very close to “fossil-free” in terms of electricity generation and transportation power usage.

We do not advocate one renewable resource over another instead, we feel that each geographic region should fully utilize the renewable & clean energy resources they are best equipped with, with all other outside industries and business acting cooperatively.

Best regards,

A distributed solar model - even in snowy weather the sun still shines and the panels will collect much needed energy.

Recently I visited the west coast of the U.S. and being a resident of Florida for the past twenty-plus years I must say that I was totally exhilarated by what I saw in California, and totally disappointed with what I know to be the case in Florida. Over and over, I saw the rooftops of …

ocotillo cactus parking

By Ariele Johannson – (San Diego’s East County)–Driving through the southwestern deserts, I’ve long been impressed by the ocotillo, a cactus-like tree with straight branches angling upwards to the sun, ablaze with red blooms. This thorny desert tree is an apt metaphor for the ways different people view energy issues– especially proposed industrial solar and …

Clean energy becoming a needed reality for the Great Lakes

If the U.S. wants wind power, The Great Lakes are definitely windy.

Illinois and four other states came a step closer to offshore wind farms in the Great Lakes (New, April 1), and that is welcome news. Wind farms, once mocked by climate skeptics and opponents of renewable energy, are now a profitable way to generate clean electricity for our homes and businesses.
